Unexploded Bomb found on Anglesey beach

An unexploded ordnance found at Ynys y Fydlyn on Anglesey prompted a bomb squad response, with the area swiftly secured before experts safely detonated the device. A widely circulated video captured the explosion, showing a column of smoke and debris rising into the sky, followed by a loud boom. Cemaes Bay Coastguard Search and Rescue confirmed that the Royal Navy Bomb Disposal Team handled the detonation after cordoning off the site.
