Suspected WWII device found on Jersey Beach

A suspected German mortar bomb, possibly containing explosives, was recovered from the sand dunes in Jersey after a member of the public took it home and reported it to police. Jersey’s Bomb Disposal Officer safely collected the device. Authorities are now urging residents not to touch or move any suspicious World War II remnants due to the potential danger.
