A World War II-era 105mm German anti-aircraft shell was discovered south of Seymour Tower, La Rocque, Jersey, prompting Coastguard and bomb disposal experts to respond. Due to tidal conditions, the investigation was delayed until Saturday, when the device was safely located and detonated on-site within an hour.
