2-inch Smoke Mortar found

Bomb disposal experts were called to Stelling Minnis after a suspicious object was found, prompting police to bring in an Army explosives team. The item was confirmed to be a spent Second World War two‑inch smoke mortar, likely left over from historic tank training exercises in the area. The Ministry of Defense said the device was examined and safely removed for disposal.
