As Operations Director, Lana leads RMS UXO with the objective of becoming the UXO industry lead, offering technical excellence by providing the highest standards of operational delivery and best value for customers and clients within the UXO market sector.
Lana, originally from Chicago, Illinois, has been established in the UK UXO market for more than 11 years and was instrumental in leading & developing UK UXO Land and Marine sales and operations in her previous role as Head of Operations. Her experience covers a wide range of operational capabilities, governance and compliance.
Lana has extensive experience overseeing thousands of UXO projects as well as large scale teams in the land-based construction, infrastructure, renewable energy and remediation sectors. Having both a Bachelor's & Master’s degree in Historical Research, Lana began her UXO career as a lead researcher and historian, before quickly moving into operations. Throughout her career, she reinforced her operational skill set with formal project management and health and safety qualifications while having an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the UXO industry.
